If you have an emergency outside of our regular business hours, you can always get instructions at our regular number 585-398-2058. 

Urgent Care Providers are typically available throughout the day and into late evening including all day Saturday, Sunday and holidays. They have slightly different hours and all require a telephone call ahead of your visit. See numbers below.

Rochester Emergency Veterinary Services provides urgent care overnight from 7 at night to 7 in the morning. Their number is 585-775-0020.
